
Ashiana Housing Ltd. (NSE/BSE listed), India’s leading developer in senior living, has expanded its presence in Chennai with the launch of Swarang Phase II, a premium extension of its flagship retirement living project along East Coast Road (ECR), near Sheraton Resort.
Phase I of Swarang recorded strong demand, with 99 of the 134 homes sold, generating ₹110.58 crore in sales. Building on this success, Ashiana Housing, in collaboration with Kairav Developers and Arihant Foundations & Housing, is now adding Phase II with an investment of ₹45 crore as part of the larger ₹230 crore development.
Spread across 1.35 acres, the project features semi-furnished apartments priced between ₹1.29 crore and ₹2.5 crore.
