Navbharat Niwas Private Limited is set to host a book launch and property allotment event on September 23 at Radisson Blu, Tower One, Kaushambi.
The event will feature the launch of “Trust Is the Real Capital,” published by Truth & Social Publication, and a property allotment ceremony for customers associated with the company’s Rajasthan-based projects. Actor and entrepreneur Suniel Shetty has been invited as the celebrity guest for the book launch.
The book focuses on transparency, accountability and credibility in the real estate sector. The property allotment ceremony will involve customers associated with projects including Navbharat Shivani Residency Phase-2, Phulera; Shyam Bhumi Phase-1, Khatu Shyam Ji; and Navbharat Shivani Vatika 11th Phase-2, subject to final event confirmation.
The company expects around 200-250 customers and families to attend the event. Navbharat Niwas operates across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, with a portfolio spanning plotted developments, residential and commercial properties, villas, cottages, townships and resort-related projects.
