
Tiger Analytics hosted AI Conclave 2026 in Patna, bringing together government officials, academic leaders and technology experts to discuss the role of artificial intelligence in strengthening digital governance and building an AI ecosystem in Bihar.
During the conclave, the AI and advanced analytics company presented its long-term plans for the state. These include establishing an AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Patna, setting up a 200-member AI delivery hub, creating technology-focused employment opportunities and supporting AI-based governance initiatives.
The discussions focused on the use of responsible AI to improve decision-making and public service delivery in sectors such as agriculture, healthcare and citizen services. Participants also discussed measures to position Bihar as a hub for AI innovation.
Tiger Analytics Founder and CEO Dr. Mahesh Kumar said the company aims to work with the Bihar government and IIT Patna to develop local talent, create employment opportunities and support the adoption of AI in governance.
Bihar Chief Secretary Pratyaya Amrit said the Bihar AI Mission seeks to make governance more transparent and citizen-centric while generating skilled jobs and supporting economic growth through AI. He added that Tiger Analytics would serve as the mission’s industry partner.
Among the key announcements, Tiger Analytics said it will establish a 200-person Global AI Delivery Center in Patna to develop AI solutions for global enterprises. The company also announced a commitment of ₹12 crore towards the proposed AI Centre of Excellence at IIT Patna. The initiative aims to train around 5,000 people in artificial intelligence, robotics, the Internet of Things (IoT), and speech and language technologies.
The conclave concluded with a commitment from government, academia and industry representatives to work together to strengthen Bihar’s AI ecosystem and promote responsible adoption of emerging technologies.
