vServe Expands Presence in Europe, Plans Entry into Australia

vServe eBusiness Solutions has expanded its operations across Europe and is preparing to enter the Australian market as part of its international growth strategy.

The company said the expansion comes amid increasing demand from businesses seeking stronger backend support to manage growing complexities in e-commerce operations. The focus areas include catalog management, inventory workflows and marketplace readiness.

Siva Balakrishnan, Founder and CEO of vServe eBusiness Solutions, said e-commerce growth is increasingly being driven by operational efficiency across geographies.

“E-commerce growth is no longer limited by demand. It is defined by how well businesses can manage operations across geographies. Our focus is on building the backend strength required to support that scale,” Balakrishnan said in a statement.

The company said the United States remains its primary market, accounting for around 60 per cent of the platform traffic it handles, while nearly 90 per cent of its clients are based there. The remaining clients are spread across Europe and India, reflecting a gradually diversifying customer base.

According to the company, the Europe expansion is aimed at strengthening capabilities related to marketplace compliance, product data localization and inventory coordination across countries. The planned Australia entry is expected to support businesses operating across multiple time zones and regulatory environments.

The company said cross-border e-commerce operations have become more complex due to varying compliance requirements, multi-marketplace presence and rising customer expectations for faster and more accurate service delivery.
