LVL Zero Onboards Global, Indian Mentors for Game Developer Incubation Programme

LVL Zero, a gaming incubator backed by MIXI Global Investments, Nazara Technologies and Chimera VC, on Tuesday announced its mentor network for the inaugural cohort of its incubation programme aimed at supporting early-stage Indian game studios.

The company said the mentor network will support 10 selected startups through a 100-day execution-focused programme designed to help founders move from early-stage development to market-ready gaming products.

According to LVL Zero, the mentor ecosystem includes experts across game design, publishing, live operations, analytics, marketing, production, startup operations and investment readiness.

The mentor network includes professionals such as Ankit Garg, Dr. Yaraslau Kot, Terry Lee, Claire Roazain, Dong Dong, Sophie Vo and Taha Tinwala, among others.

Additional mentors include experts associated with organisations such as Google, Xbox and international gaming publishers and investment firms.

The incubator said mentors will work directly with startups through sprint reviews, product feedback sessions, playtesting analysis and go-to-market strategy support.

Sagar Nair, Head of Incubation at LVL Zero, said the initiative aims to provide Indian game studios with practical execution support and global expertise required to build scalable gaming products.

The company said the programme follows a 100-day “Build-Test-Ship” framework covering product planning, rapid iteration and market readiness, with participating startups expected to develop playable builds and investor-ready pitches by the end of the cohort.
