Noida International University (NIU) has announced that it has granted scholarships to 915 girl students for the 2025–2026 academic session. The scholarships were awarded on the basis of merit, CUET scores, and other qualifying criteria across a range of courses.
The initiative aims to promote access to higher education for girls and reduce financial barriers that often prevent young women from continuing their studies. The university stated that the scholarships cover students from various academic disciplines, including science, technology, business, and the arts.
Dr. Tanya Singh, Dean of Academics at NIU, said that the scholarships are intended to help deserving female students pursue higher education without financial constraints. She emphasized that empowering girls through education not only benefits individual students but also contributes to social and economic progress.
