Shri Dhirendrakrishna Shastri Ji Maharaj Inspires Devotees on Day 5 of Geeta Bhakti Amrit Mahotsava
Spiritual Leaders Grace the Event with Enlightening Discourses and Sacred Rituals
On the fifth day of the Geeta Bhakti Amrit Mahotsava, devotees experienced a profound sense of spiritual enlightenment as they immersed themselves in the divine atmosphere enriched by the presence of esteemed spiritual guides and intellectuals.
The day commenced with the resonant chants of “Vithhal Maza Maza,” echoing through the surroundings, captivating the hearts of all gathered at the Geeta Bhakti Amrit Mahotsava in Devachi Alandi. Shri Dhirendrakrishna Shastri Ji Maharaj, along with Pujya Shri Anandamurti Guru Ma and other prominent saints, bestowed their grace upon the event, infusing it with divine energy and enthusiasm.
One of the highlights of the day was the enlightening Dnyaneshwaropasna session led by Param Pujya Shri Govind Girji Maharaj. During this session, profound knowledge was imparted as devotees reflected upon the sacred teachings of Jnaneshwar Mauli, deepening their spiritual understanding.
Central to the ongoing event is the unprecedented Mahayagya of 81 havan kundas in the hallowed grounds of Devachi Alandi. Conducted for the welfare of society, each day witnesses the participation of different Yajman’s, with over 2000 Vedics chanting sacred scriptures, creating a once-in-a-lifetime spiritual experience.
The day also witnessed the revival of the rich Guru-shishya tradition through the Vedshastra Samvad. Vedic scholars from across the nation actively engaged in insightful discussions, emphasizing the significance of spreading wisdom and preserving our age-old traditions.
The esteemed presence of revered spiritual guides and intellectuals, including luminaries such as Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Shri Vijayendra Saraswati Ji Maharaj, Dharmaratna Swami Shri Gopalsharan Devacharyaji Maharaj, and Bhadant Pujya Dr. Rahul Bodhiji, added a positive aura to the gathering.
Expressing his perspective on the sacred Mahotsava, Shri Dhirendrakrishna Shastri Ji Maharaj remarked, “I am incredibly fortunate to have experienced the divine grace of Bhagwat here in the sacred land of Alandi Tirth. Witnessing the presence of revered Gurus, the sacred Yagya, and the temple’s spiritual ambience has made my day extraordinary.”

The day concluded with Rahtrabhakti Samailan and the felicitation of distinguished individuals for their contributions to the nation’s development. The festivities culminated in an enchanting Kirtan Sandhya led by Pujya H.B.P. Shri Pandurangji Maharaj Ghule, providing participants with a divine musical experience.
