Devgn CineX will open a five-screen multiplex at the upcoming KB West Walk Mall in Greater Noida West following a leasing agreement with Shree KB Group, the developer said.
Spread across approximately 34,000 sq. ft., the multiplex will have a seating capacity of nearly 737. The planned facility is expected to feature digital cinema projection, 3D screening capabilities and advanced audio technology in select auditoriums.
The addition is part of KB West Walk Mall’s plan to combine entertainment with retail, dining and family-oriented leisure activities. The developer expects the multiplex to attract visitors from Greater Noida West and neighbouring areas.
Rakesh Singhal, founder of Shree KB Group, said the partnership reflects the group’s focus on developing a destination that brings shopping, entertainment and social experiences together.
Premium multiplexes can help shopping malls attract visitors and encourage longer stays, complementing retail and food and beverage businesses. The proposed cinema facility is expected to strengthen the mall’s entertainment offering as the development progresses.
The announcement did not specify the multiplex’s opening date.
