iLink Digital Highlights Enterprise AI Readiness at FabCon Europe 2026

iLink Digital, an AI-led transformation services company, showcased approaches to building reliable, context-aware enterprise AI systems at the European Microsoft Fabric + SQL Community Conference (FabCon Europe) 2026, held in Barcelona from September 28 to October 1.

As a Diamond Sponsor, the company participated in technical sessions and customer discussions on integrating Microsoft Fabric, governed data, Power BI semantic models and business context to improve AI-generated answers and support operational workflows.

At the conference, iLink Digital demonstrated how enterprise AI agents can use trusted data and established governance processes to support business decisions. Sessions included “From Foundry to Forecast,” presented by Sowjanya Bobbadi and Subbu Muthukrishnan, which explored using AI agents to update forecasts within Microsoft Fabric while retaining existing approvals and controls.

Christopher Schmidt, vice president of Solution Engineering and Innovation at iLink Digital, presented “Do You Trust Your AI Systems? Moving from Power BI to Trusted AI Answers,” examining semantic model readiness, governed data foundations and the role of Microsoft Fabric IQ in helping AI systems interpret business context.

The company also joined Marvell Technology for a session titled “From Data to Context to Decisions: Marvell’s Journey Toward an Enterprise Knowledge Layer.” Srikanth Thiagarajan, head of Data Office at Marvell Technology, discussed how governed data and shared business context can support informed decisions by employees and AI agents.

iLink Digital Co-founder and Group CEO Sree Balaji said the discussions highlighted the importance of business context, data definitions and governance in making enterprise AI dependable.

The company said it would continue working with customers and Microsoft to assess AI readiness, modernise data platforms and strengthen governance foundations for enterprise AI adoption.
