CSR Circle of Honour 2025 Recognises Corporate Leaders Driving Social Impact at One World One Family Festival

The CSR Circle of Honour 2025 ceremony, held as part of the ongoing One World One Family World Cultural Festival at Sathya Sai Grama, celebrated leading corporations and CSR champions for their contributions to healthcare, education, nutrition, and community upliftment.

The global festival, which runs from August 16 to November 23 to mark the centenary of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, has brought together representatives from nearly 100 countries to highlight cultural unity and humanitarian service.

At the CSR awards ceremony, several corporate leaders were honoured for exemplary work across critical development areas. Microsoft’s Kishore Kumar Thangavelu was recognised for leveraging technology to strengthen digital learning for underserved communities. Subhash Chandra Rai from the National Payments Corporation of India received recognition for healthcare initiatives that expand access in remote regions.

Cipla Foundation’s Dr. Prakash Fernandez and Dr. Dhanashree Pradhan were applauded for medical outreach programmes supporting palliative and critical care in rural areas. Other awardees included Aparna Pandey of BPCL for grassroots healthcare infrastructure development; Deepak Das of Grant Thornton Indus Pvt Ltd for education reforms with the Each One Educate One Foundation; Nalini Padmanabhan of Canara Bank for hospital equipment support; and Soumya Ningappa (Soumya KM) of Kempegowda International Airport Foundation for child nourishment programmes in partnership with the Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust.

Tata Hitachi’s Muralidhar Rao and Yashoda were also honoured for livelihood and community welfare initiatives.

More than 20 major organisations, including Uniq Group, Rotary International Bangalore, Philips India, ABB Group, Cisco, Oracle, and LIC, were acknowledged for sustained CSR contributions aligned with the mission of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world as one family.
