Rapoo India has appointed Trustech AV Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as its exclusive national distributor for its enterprise collaboration portfolio in India, the company said in a statement
Under the partnership, Trustech AV Solutions will distribute Rapoo’s portfolio of professional collaboration products, including video conferencing cameras, PTZ video conferencing cameras, speakerphones, webcams, wired stereo headsets, presentation pointers and USB-C hubs.
The partnership is expected to expand the availability of Rapoo’s enterprise collaboration products through Trustech’s distribution network and support channel partners, system integrators and enterprise customers across the country.
The appointment comes amid growing investments by organisations in hybrid workspaces and unified communication technologies. Rapoo and Trustech said the partnership will focus on distribution as well as pre-sales consultation and after-sales support.
Mukesh Kumar Chaudhary, Regional Director, India & SAARC, MEA, Rapoo, said the partnership would support the company’s efforts to expand its enterprise collaboration business in India.
Hardik Shah, Director, Trustech AV Solutions Pvt. Ltd., said the company would leverage its distribution network and technical expertise to expand Rapoo’s presence among channel partners across the country.
Rapoo said its enterprise collaboration portfolio will be targeted at sectors including corporate enterprises, education, healthcare and government.
