University of Leeds Announces International Regional Scholarships 2026 for Indian Students

The University of Leeds has announced the International Masters Regional Scholarships 2026, offering Indian students a tuition fee reduction of £6,000 for postgraduate studies beginning in September 2026.

The initiative aims to support talented students by reducing financial barriers and helping them focus on their academic goals. The scholarship will be automatically awarded to eligible students as a tuition fee reduction, with no separate application required.

To qualify, applicants must be classified as nationals from India or another eligible region, be self-funded or partially funded international fee-paying students, and hold a conditional or unconditional offer for a master’s degree (including MRes) at the University of Leeds starting in September 2026. However, the Leeds MBA and online courses are not included in this scholarship scheme.

Students who meet the criteria will be notified of their award via email and will be asked to confirm their acceptance through a provided link. The scholarship can be combined with other funding sources as long as the total does not exceed 100 percent of the tuition fee.
