
Universal Ai University, Karjat, celebrated its 14th Convocation Ceremony, marking a major milestone in the academic journey of 395 graduating students. The ceremony recognised 363 postgraduate and 32 undergraduate students, in the presence of distinguished guests, faculty, and proud families.
The event was graced by Mr. B. Thiagarajan, Managing Director of Blue Star Ltd., as the Chief Guest, and Ms. Neetu Bhatia, Co-Founder of Zoonga, as the Guest of Honour. Both leaders inspired graduates with their insights on technology, leadership, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Mr. Thiagarajan commended the university’s vision of integrating AI and leadership education, saying, “Graduates entering a world driven by innovation must balance intelligence with empathy, ethics, and curiosity. The future belongs to those who innovate with integrity.”
Ms. Bhatia encouraged the Class of 2025 to embrace resilience and imagination as their greatest assets in a fast-evolving AI era. “Technology will continue to change, but our human capacity to empathize and reinvent ourselves defines true success,” she said.
During the ceremony, outstanding students were honoured for their achievements: Farhan Khan (PG) and Abhiyash Chaudhari (UG) received the Student of the Year Award, Rushil Shah received the Tejinder Kaur Anand Best Scholar Award, and Abhinav Tyagi (PG) and Gauri Menon (UG) were presented the Gurdip Singh Anand Most Transformative Student Award.
Mr. Tarun Anand, Founder & Chancellor of Universal Ai University, congratulated the graduates, remarking that the event symbolised “the beginning of a new journey driven by knowledge, values, and confidence for a better future.”
