iLink Digital, a global leader in enterprise digital transformation, has acquired a majority stake in FourNxt, a Dubai-headquartered HyperAutomation specialist with strong delivery operations in India. The move significantly strengthens iLink’s AI and automation capabilities and establishes a new AI Business Solutions unit focused on driving AI-powered transformation globally.
FourNxt, with a 70-member team and a client portfolio spanning the Middle East and Europe, has built a reputation for delivering automation and digital transformation solutions. Its proprietary platform, HyperTransform, enables businesses to scale AI initiatives with accountability and measurable outcomes.
The acquisition enhances iLink’s presence in India and the Middle East, two of the fastest-growing markets for AI adoption. FourNxt’s India-based delivery teams will become a strategic part of iLink’s global innovation engine, accelerating advancements in Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, and Low-Code Platforms.
As part of the integration, Karthik Pillai, CEO of FourNxt, will lead the newly formed AI Business Solutions unit at iLink Digital, supported by Gautam Krishnan (CTO/COO).
