Kirloskar Institute of Management Engages in Transformative Dialogue for India’s Future

In a bid to shape India’s developmental trajectory towards inclusivity and sustainability, the Kirloskar Institute of Management (KIM), Pune, partnered with the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, to host a dynamic development dialogue. The event, titled “Inclusive and Sustainable Amrit Kaal 2047: Technology, Society, and People at the Forefront,” convened on February 29, 2024, witnessed enthusiastic participation from KIM’s students, faculty, and staff, marking it a resounding success.
The event featured Mr. Pushpendra Singh, an Executive Coach, and Management Consultant nominated by AICTE, as the esteemed speaker. Mr. Singh delivered an insightful address, emphasizing technology’s pivotal role in driving growth while addressing the challenges and opportunities inherent in India’s developmental journey. He underscored the importance of fostering a culture of curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and continuous learning to propel the nation towards a sustainable and inclusive future.
Throughout his address, Mr. Singh explored various sustainable themes, including renewable energy, India’s geographical advantages, the role of hydrogen in transportation, Electric Vehicles, waste management, the digital economy, and opportunities for the younger generation. Each theme sparked lively discussions among participants, facilitating a deeper understanding of the envisioned Amrit Kaal Vimarsh Viksit Bharat@2047.
Professor (Dr.) T.G.
