Karbon Disrupts Corporate Spending with New Prepaid Card, Not Affected RBI Directive

Bangalore, February 20 Karbon, a prominent fintech firm, has unveiled its latest innovation: the Karbon Corporate Prepaid Card. Designed to address shifting regulatory landscapes, the card promises to optimize business spending while maintaining efficiency.

In response to the recent RBI reKYC mandate, Karbon recognized an opportunity to overhaul the industry. By offering a solution that caters to businesses of all sizes, Karbon aims to onboard 2500 companies and issue 5000 cards this year.

The prepaid card boasts features such as a flat 1% cashback on transactions and flexible options for team card issuance, streamlining expense management. Importantly, Karbon has clarified its stance regarding the RBI’s BPSP directive, affirming that it does not engage in vendor payment services, thus remaining unaffected by the regulation.

Moreover, in collaboration with IDFC and Yes Bank, Karbon has introduced ‘Karbon Forex’ to facilitate international remittances, demonstrating its commitment to compliance and efficiency.

With a focus on innovation and customer-centricity, Karbon is poised for significant growth in India’s Corporate Card and Foreign Remittance Industries, solidifying its position as a leader in the fintech sector.
