Widex India has expanded its commitment to hearing health with the launch of a state-of-the-art Meera Speech & Hearing Widex Sound Centre in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. This new centre aims to enhance access to advanced hearing solutions in the region, addressing the needs of India’s estimated 63 million people with significant hearing loss, as per WHO data.
The newly launched centre features Widex’s cutting-edge PureSound™ technology, which offers natural, distortion-free sound through adaptive, environment-sensitive hearing aids. It also provides a wide range of services including newborn hearing screening, tinnitus therapy, vertigo management, and speech-language intervention.
Meera Speech & Hearing, founded in 2012, has been a trusted provider of audiology and speech care for over a decade. In collaboration with Widex, it has transformed the lives of over 2,000 individuals across India.
