Vserve eBusiness Solutions Releases Supply Chain Visibility Report 2026

Vserve eBusiness Solutions has released its “Supply Chain Visibility Gap Report 2026”, examining challenges faced by enterprises in gaining visibility across supply chain operations.

The report draws on industry research and Vserve’s operational experience to assess issues affecting manufacturers, retailers, distributors and enterprise decision-makers. It examines the impact of expanding supply networks, changing customer expectations, geopolitical risks and digital transformation on supply chain operations.

According to the report, despite increased investments in technology, fragmented data and information silos continue to limit supply chain visibility.

The report identifies supply chain visibility as a strategic business capability and highlights fragmented data as a constraint on operational performance. It also notes that artificial intelligence can deliver greater value when supported by connected and high-quality data, while strong governance and integrated processes are important for long-term resilience.

The report includes case studies involving IBM, Microsoft and Walmart, examining the use of technologies and approaches such as AI, control towers and inventory intelligence to improve supply chain visibility.

“Today, supply chains are producing more data than ever before. But data doesn’t equal visibility. What companies need is connected information to drive better decisions and better operational resilience,” said Siva Balakrishnan, spokesperson, Vserve eBusiness Solutions.

The report, titled “Supply Chain Visibility Gap Report 2026: Operational Insights from Enterprise Supply Chain Environments”, is available on the Vserve eBusiness Solutions website.
