Visitor Registrations Now Open for SEMICON India 2025, Set to Position India as a Semiconductor Powerhouse

SEMI and India Semiconductor Mission (ISM), under the aegis of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), have officially opened visitor registrations for SEMICON India 2025, scheduled from September 2 to 4, 2025, at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi.

With the theme “Building the Next Semiconductor Powerhouse”, the event aims to highlight India’s growing capabilities in the semiconductor and microelectronics sectors and attract global attention to its evolving ecosystem.

Following the momentum of SEMICON India 2024, this year’s edition will bring together over 300 exhibiting companies from 18 countries, featuring 4 international pavilions, 9 state government pavilions, and dedicated sections for startups, workforce development, B2B forums, and training programs.

The three-day conference will host global CXOs, policymakers, researchers, and innovators to drive dialogue on supply chain de-risking, talent development, and investments in India’s chip industry.

“The chip industry is actively seeking to de-risk its supply chains, add engineering talent, and expand into fast-growing markets – all pointing to promising opportunities in India,” said Ajit Manocha, President and CEO of SEMI.

Shri S Krishnan, Secretary, MeitY, urged industry stakeholders to participate in the event to be part of India’s semiconductor transformation journey.
