In a significant move to drive digital innovation in public administration, Tiger Analytics, a global leader in advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) to promote the use of AI and data analytics in governance and policymaking.
The MoU was signed during the inauguration of CIMP’s PGDM Batch 2025–27 orientation program, in the presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Nitish Kumar.
This strategic collaboration aims to harness AI for real-world impact in public systems—ranging from resource allocation and policy implementation to citizen service optimization. Tiger Analytics will bring its global expertise in AI to accelerate adoption across Bihar’s government departments, while CIMP will serve as the academic and research partner.
Key initiatives under the MoU include:
- Joint R&D in AI and public policy
- Launch of skill-building programs on emerging technologies
- Establishment of a state-of-the-art AI Lab to nurture innovation and support local startups
- Execution of applied AI projects with the Bihar government for measurable impact
