Mr. Prasad is a certified HR professional with over 20 years of experience across banking, financial services, insurance, and manufacturing sectors. He holds a master’s degree in human resources and has expertise in leadership, HR policy design, organizational development, employee engagement, and change management.
He has previously held senior HR leadership roles at reputed organizations such as Ananya Finance, Sindhuja Microcredit, AU Small Finance Bank, Pearson, Axis Max Life Insurance Ltd., and Haldiram. His track record demonstrates a strong ability to align people strategies with business goals, enhance employee experiences, and lead organizational transformation.
