PT Hana Fashion Aims for 50% Efficiency Boost with Centric PLM

Indonesian fashion company PT Hana Fashion has gone live with Centric Product Lifecycle Management (Centric PLM™), enabling faster product development and improved operational efficiency. The implementation, completed in just three months, positions the brand to respond quicker to fashion trends and scale its business.

Founded in Jakarta six years ago, Hana Fashion manages its design, sourcing, manufacturing and distribution in-house for its three direct-to-consumer brands — Hana Fashion, Bigins and Eraya. The company sells primarily through digital channels including Shopee and TikTok Shop, where fast turnaround and trend-driven assortments are crucial for growth.

To replace spreadsheet-based workflows and accelerate time-to-market, Hana Fashion selected Centric PLM for its fashion-specific capabilities and proven success with fast-growing apparel brands.

“Centric Software stood out because it aligned with how we work,” said Karina Febriyanti, Personal Assistant and PLM Project Lead at Hana Fashion. “Centric understood our challenges from day one and supported us every step of the way.”

After going live ahead of schedule, teams in R&D, pattern making and merchandising have integrated the platform into their daily processes. The company reports major improvements in costing workflows and data visibility, helping reduce turnaround time. Hana Fashion has set a goal to improve process efficiency by up to 50%.

Currently producing 300–400 styles annually, the brand expects to double output as it expands with a stronger digital foundation.

“Hana Fashion is part of a new generation of tech-driven brands scaling with real-time data,” said Fabrice Canonge, CEO of Centric Software. “We look forward to their continued growth.”
