ProcureKey, the Microsoft 365-native strategic sourcing and bid management platform from Beyond Key, has won the Excellence in Strategic Sourcing Award at the India Procurement Summit & Awards 2026.
Organized by Synnex Group at the Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport, the summit brought together more than 300 procurement professionals, category managers and supply chain leaders. Abhinav Khare, VP of Enterprise Products, and Rishabh Jhawar, Associate Director, accepted the award for ProcureKey.
The award recognizes technology solutions that support sourcing events and supplier award decisions. ProcureKey offers RFx management, competitive bidding, supplier collaboration and AI-assisted bid evaluation.
The platform manages the sourcing cycle from requisition through award, covering RFI, RFP and RFQ creation, supplier onboarding, sealed and multi-envelope bidding, itemized bid comparison, reverse auctions and supplier management.
According to Beyond Key, ProcureKey deploys within customers’ own Microsoft 365 tenants, allowing sourcing and supplier data to remain within their organizational environment. Its AI capabilities assist with RFx preparation and supplier response analysis, while procurement teams retain responsibility for final award decisions.
The platform is available on Microsoft AppSource and serves procurement teams across manufacturing, construction, healthcare, energy and utilities.
