Noida International University Hosts Inspiring Art Talk with Prof. Chawky Frenn

The School of Fine Arts and Design at Noida International University (NIU) hosted an enlightening Art Talk featuring renowned artist and educator Prof. Chawky Frenn from George Mason University, USA. Titled “20th Century Artists Confronting War: Art as a Voice for Peace,” the session explored how art can address war, advocate peace, and inspire social justice.

Prof. Frenn delivered a captivating lecture on how 20th-century artists used their creativity to confront the realities of war and promote transformation. He highlighted the timeless impact of these works and the universal language of art in expressing human suffering and hope. Sharing his experience, he thanked NIU and Dr. Nihar Das for the opportunity to engage with students and expressed optimism about future collaborations.
