NODWIN Gaming Appoints Teemu Koski as CEO for MENA Operations

NODWIN Gaming has appointed Teemu Koski as the Chief Executive Officer of its Middle East and North Africa (MENA) business, effective July 1, 2026. He will report to Merlin Wiedeking, CEO of NODWIN Gaming International, and lead the company’s strategy, operations, business development and expansion across the region.

Koski joined NODWIN Gaming in August 2025 as Chief Business Officer for MENA. During his tenure, he helped expand the company’s commercial presence in the region by building partnerships with publishers, media rights holders, technology companies and other stakeholders. He also played a key role in developing the company’s data business across MENA.

In his new role, Koski will continue to oversee NODWIN Gaming’s global data monetisation business while leading its MENA operations. The company said he will work with publishers, tournament organisers, brand partners and technology providers to strengthen the commercial value of esports data rights across its international network.

Before joining NODWIN Gaming, Koski spent more than 15 years at Elisa Corporation, where he founded and led Elisa Esports, helping build its esports business in Europe.

Commenting on his appointment, Koski said the MENA region presents significant opportunities for gaming, esports and youth entertainment. He added that the company aims to strengthen regional partnerships while continuing to grow its global data monetisation business.

Merlin Wiedeking said Koski’s experience in building businesses and developing industry partnerships makes him well suited to lead the company’s next phase of growth in the MENA region. He added that the appointment reflects NODWIN Gaming’s focus on strengthening its international leadership as it expands across emerging markets.
