NHCO Nutrition Laboratory Goes Live with Centric PLM to Strengthen Product Development and Compliance

French dietary supplement manufacturer NHCO Nutrition Laboratory has successfully gone live with Centric PLM™, marking a major step in its digital transformation and international expansion strategy.

The implementation of Centric Software’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution is aimed at streamlining product development, improving regulatory compliance, and enhancing collaboration across NHCO’s global teams. The move comes as NHCO continues to scale its operations following its acquisition by the Chiesi Group in 2018.

Founded in 2008, NHCO Nutrition Laboratory is a French food supplement company specializing in amino acid-based formulations within the field of micronutrition. With a portfolio of over 70 products and nearly 1,000 ingredients, the company faces increasing complexity in managing product data, traceability, and regulatory requirements across multiple markets.

Centric PLM provides NHCO with a centralized digital platform, replacing spreadsheet-based and email-driven workflows. According to the company, the solution enables a single source of truth for product data, improves productivity, and supports seamless collaboration between R&D, quality, regulatory, marketing, operations, and contract manufacturing partners across France, Italy, and Spain.

The rollout followed Centric Software’s agile implementation approach, allowing phased deployment aligned with NHCO’s internal reorganization and international growth plans. Today, Centric PLM is fully integrated with NHCO’s ERP system and is used across all markets and languages where the company operates.

NHCO is now focused on fine-tuning key performance indicators and exploring further integrations to strengthen supply chain connectivity and regulatory oversight.
