Navbharat Nivas Private Limited will organise a customer allotment event in Noida on May 22 for buyers associated with its plotted township projects in Rajasthan, amid growing investor interest in infrastructure-linked real estate destinations near Jaipur.
The event will be held at Fortune Hotel by ITC and is expected to witness participation from around 90 to 120 customers, the company said in a statement. The allotment-related formalities will be conducted for buyers of the company’s projects, Navbharat Shivani Vatika 11th and Navbharat Shivani Residency.
According to the company, increasing infrastructure development around Jaipur, including connectivity through the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor, RIICO industrial areas, expressway projects and urban expansion initiatives, has contributed to rising investor confidence in the region.
Navbharat Shivani Vatika 11th, located near Renwal on the Jaipur–Khatu Highway, is positioned close to the upcoming Kotputli–Kishangarh Greenfield Expressway and industrial areas including Kaladar, Manda and Renwal RIICO zones. The company said the project has been developed as a ready-to-move plotted township with internal roads, electricity infrastructure, parks, boundary walls and gated entry facilities.
The company’s second project, Navbharat Shivani Residency in Phulera, is being developed under the government’s Master Plan 2031 and is aimed at residential and investment buyers. The company said Phulera’s emergence as a railway, logistics and industrial hub has led to increased interest from investors in Delhi-NCR and other northern markets.
The project is also connected to industrial corridors, educational institutions, railway infrastructure and highway networks, it added.
Prince Dhariwal said the company’s focus remained on transparency and commitment-based execution.
“At Navbharat Nivas, we strongly believe that trust is not built through promises, but through fulfilling every commitment with complete transparency,” he said.
Founded by Prince Dhariwal and Gaurav Gupta along with co-founders Rohit Nayan, Anirudh Ada and Shivam Verma, the company operates in the plotted development, township and resort segments across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
The company said it currently serves more than 3,000 customers and plans to further expand its presence through future township and infrastructure-linked real estate developments across North India.
