Mark Gerardts will step in as CEO of Maxion Wheels, replacing Klinkers. Gerardts, who joined Maxion in 2015, has held various leadership roles, most recently serving as Business Unit President for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
Meanwhile, Oliveira has been nominated for a position on Iochpe-Maxion’s Board of Directors, with elections set for April 16, 2025, during the next ordinary general shareholders’ meeting.
Maxion has assured a smooth leadership transition, backed by clear communication and strategic planning to maintain business continuity.
