Learning Spiral Launches Industry-Aligned Certification Programs to Boost Job Readiness

Learning Spiral has introduced a new set of certification programmes aimed at equipping students with industry-relevant skills and improving their employability.

The programmes are designed to bridge the gap between traditional academic learning and the evolving requirements of the job market. The courses focus on providing an Industry-Relevant Qualification (IRQ), with an emphasis on practical, job-ready skills.

According to the organisation, the certifications have been developed in collaboration with industry professionals to ensure alignment with current workforce demands. The curriculum includes hands-on training in areas such as technology, business operations, and digital skills.

Students enrolling in these programmes will gain exposure to live projects and mentorship opportunities, aimed at enhancing experiential learning. The courses are structured to be flexible and accessible, catering to learners with varying needs and schedules.

Founder Manish Mohta said the initiative is focused on preparing students for the digital economy by prioritising real-world application over theoretical learning.

“The objective is to build an education network that supports learners in achieving their goals through practical exposure and access to resources,” he said.

The organisation stated that the initiative is part of its broader effort to contribute to workforce development by offering training aligned with industry standards.
