The National Summit & Indian Climate Leader Awards 2025, scheduled for March 5 in New Delhi, will focus on “Green Finance and Investments: Achieving Net Zero by 2070.” Organized by the Association of Financial Advisors of India (AFAI) and presented by Resurgent India Ltd, the event aims to accelerate India’s decarbonization efforts.
The summit will bring together key policymakers, diplomats, and industry leaders, including Mr. Kenneth Felix Haczynski da Nobrega, Ambassador of Brazil; Mr. Sudhendu J. Sinha, Advisor, NITI Aayog; and Mr. Vivek Kumar Dewangan, CMD of REC Limited. Experts like Mr. Abhay Bakre from the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy and Mr. Rohit Kumar from the Carbon Markets Association of India will also participate.
Discussions will cover financing solutions for renewable energy, EV adoption strategies, and advancements in clean technologies. A Finance Expert Round Table Meet will explore the future of green energy investments.
