ilmAI Academy Unveils India’s First 6-Year ‘Future-Ready’ Roadmap for Teens to Address AI Job Disruption

ilmAI Academy has introduced India’s first structured 6-year “Future-Ready” learning roadmap for teenagers, aimed at preparing students for the rapidly evolving AI-driven job market. The announcement was made during the academy’s launch webinar titled “The 6-Year Roadmap for Children”, which attracted participation from over 60 parents and learners.

The session was led by K. R. Tyagi, Founder of ilmAI Academy, who highlighted what he described as a growing disconnect between traditional schooling systems and real-world skill requirements. He pointed out that while artificial intelligence is increasingly automating entry-level roles, school education continues to focus heavily on rote learning.

During his keynote, Mr. Tyagi introduced the concept of the “12th Grade Trap,” referring to the tendency of students to delay acquiring practical life and career skills until their early twenties. He emphasised the need to begin structured skill development much earlier, ideally from the age of 11.

To address this challenge, ilmAI Academy unveiled its proprietary 6-year ecosystem for students aged 11 to 17, built around three integrated pillars. The first pillar focuses on cognitive development through STEM education, coding and hands-on use of AI tools. The second pillar emphasises financial literacy and earn-while-learning projects to promote early economic awareness. The third pillar centres on character building through Seerah-based learning and Islamic ethics.

Unlike exam-focused tuition models, the programme requires only 30 minutes of daily engagement and prioritises project-based learning over memorisation. The webinar concluded with the launch of the academy’s “Founder’s Batch,” featuring a 90-day money-back guarantee, reflecting confidence in the programme’s outcomes.

ilmAI Academy positions itself as an after-school ecosystem focused on nurturing financially independent, ethically grounded and future-ready learners by the time they complete high school.
