Hikvision’s DarkFighter 2.0 Uses AI to Transform Low-Light Video Security

Hikvision has introduced DarkFighter 2.0, an advanced AI-powered technology designed to enhance video security in low-light environments. The innovation leverages AI-driven imaging enhancements, ultra-large apertures, and intelligent processing to deliver superior clarity and real-time adjustments in challenging lighting conditions.

Key features include SharpMotion, which reduces noise and motion blur, ShotN, enabling clear capture of both slow and fast-moving objects, and Auto Wide Dynamic Range (AWDR), ensuring balanced exposure across bright and dark areas. The technology supports 4K video at 60 fps and 2MP at 120 fps, enabling high-speed object tracking with unparalleled detail.

Max Fang, Hikvision’s CCTV Product Director, stated, “AI-enhanced imaging is reshaping video security, and DarkFighter 2.0 marks a major step in that direction. Hikvision remains committed to advancing security solutions for global users.”

Looking ahead, the company aims to integrate real-time HD enhancements, large-scale AI models, and multi-modal fusion, ensuring continued innovation in video surveillance.
