JBG Invincible Women and Pinkathon hosted the Grandmother’s 10K Run at Juhu Beach, celebrating fitness and resilience among grandmothers aged 55 to over 80. The event proved that #AgeDoesntDefineMe, inspiring women of all ages to prioritize health and break age-related stereotypes.
The run featured three categories—2.5 km, 5 km, and 10 km—providing participants a platform to showcase their vitality and determination. Fitness icon and Pinkathon creator Milind Soman cheered on the participants, sharing, “This run is about breaking barriers and redefining fitness at any age. These grandmothers inspire generations with their strength and enthusiasm.”

Pinkathon, India’s largest women’s run, continues its mission to promote women’s fitness and raise awareness about breast cancer and other health issues. JBG Invincible Women also champions health awareness, empowering women to overcome barriers to fitness.
