EXL, a global data and AI company, has launched its new brand, ‘Go Beyond.’, as the company marks 20 years as a publicly listed company.
The new brand is positioned around EXL’s work at the intersection of data, artificial intelligence, industry expertise and enterprise execution. As part of the milestone, EXL’s leadership rang the opening bell at Nasdaq.
Rohit Kapoor, chairman and chief executive officer of EXL, said the new brand reflects the company’s approach to helping clients rethink how their businesses operate as AI adoption expands across industries.
EXL said the brand refresh builds on its purpose, “we find a better way,” and reflects its focus on data and AI-led services. The company said more than 60% of its revenues currently come from data and AI-led offerings.
The company has expanded its capabilities in AI and data over the years. In August 2026, EXL completed the acquisition of iMerit, adding capabilities in advanced AI model training and frontier AI development.
Shirley Macbeth, chief marketing officer of EXL, said the ‘Go Beyond.’ brand reflects the company’s 27-year history and its focus on combining industry knowledge with data and AI capabilities.
EXL said the new brand will be used across its communications as it continues to expand its data and AI business.
