Drychem India Earns Great Place To Work® Certification for Second Consecutive Year

Drychem India Private Limited has been certified as a Great Place To Work® for the second consecutive year by the Great Place To Work® Institute, India. The recognition highlights the company’s continued focus on building a high-trust, people-first workplace culture.

The certification is based entirely on employee feedback collected through the Trust Index® Survey, ensuring transparency and credibility. Employees rated the organisation highly on leadership credibility, respect and fairness, teamwork, and pride in the workplace.

Drychem recorded an overall score of 84% on the Great Place To Work® Model, with a 93% employee participation rate, well above the benchmark for mid-sized organisations. Key strengths highlighted by employees included strong collaboration, approachable leadership, recognition of efforts, and a safe and supportive work environment.

The survey was conducted anonymously across all eligible employees and locations and was independently administered by Great Place To Work®, enabling honest and unbiased responses.

Recognition and employee development play a central role in Drychem’s culture. Programs such as the Hi-Five Program, Emerging Leaders Club, and DSC and GEM initiatives focus on acknowledging real-time achievements, rewarding consistent performance, and recognising impactful contributions across teams.
