Dook International has introduced a performance-linked bonus (PLB) scheme for travel agents under its Dook Agent-Connect Program. The initiative aims to reward agents for their bookings and boost sales performance.
The scheme applies to free independent traveler (FIT) bookings, including group bookings of up to 10 passengers, for travel in FY 2025-26. Agents will receive a per-passenger bonus based on the number of passengers booked. Those booking 50 passengers will earn ₹300 per passenger, 100 passengers will receive ₹500 per passenger, 300 passengers will be paid ₹700 per passenger, and 500 passengers will earn ₹1,000 per passenger. The bonus will be disbursed in April 2026.
At the launch, Gopal Kapoor, managing director of Dook International, stated, “We value our travel agent network.
