Delhi-NCR based real estate developer Divyansh Group has set a revenue target of ₹1,000 crore for the current financial year and ₹1,500 crore for the next financial year, following revenue of around ₹700 crore recorded last year.
The company said it has recorded a cumulative turnover of approximately ₹3,000 crore over the past five years and plans to expand its residential housing portfolio across key markets in the National Capital Region, including Ghaziabad and Noida.
The developer expects to maintain an average annual growth rate of around 30 per cent over the next five years, citing continued demand for residential housing in the region.
According to the company, it currently has six ongoing projects covering around 4.4 million sq ft, while three additional projects are planned for launch in the next quarter. The company said its expansion strategy will cover both established and emerging residential markets in the NCR.
“Moving from ₹700 crore last year to ₹1,000 crore demonstrates our business strength and strong demand for quality housing in Delhi-NCR,” Chanderjeet Pathak, Chairman, Divyansh Group, said.
Founded in 2001, Divyansh Group said it has completed more than 5.7 million sq ft of development, including six residential projects and standalone builder-floor developments. Another 4.4 million sq ft is currently under construction.
The company said it expects to deliver more than 2,200 homes over the next three years. Its current buyer base includes 4,795 families that have taken possession, while 2,211 homes are under construction.
The group said it employs more than 500 people across construction, planning and customer support and has also received demand from NRI buyers for its NCR projects.
