Premium coworking and managed workspace provider Dextrus has expanded its presence in Mumbai with the launch of Dextrus MINT, a 25,000 sq. ft. workspace in Chakala, Andheri East.
The new centre is the company’s fourth facility in Mumbai and is designed to cater to enterprises, startups and growing businesses seeking flexible office solutions. Located close to key business districts, the Western Express Highway and Mumbai’s domestic and international airports, the workspace offers improved connectivity for businesses operating in the city.
Dextrus MINT provides ready-to-move-in offices as well as customised managed workspaces. The facility includes meeting rooms, breakout areas, cafés, phone booths, pantries and collaborative spaces that can be shared by occupants, helping businesses optimise infrastructure costs.
According to the company, the workspace has been developed around the design concept of “Coming Home”, with an emphasis on creating a comfortable and welcoming work environment. The centre incorporates natural lighting, open layouts, warm interiors and community-focused spaces intended to encourage collaboration and employee wellbeing.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer Robin Chhabra said workplaces today play an important role in shaping organisational culture, creativity and employee experience. He added that the new centre aims to combine flexible office infrastructure with hospitality-inspired services and community engagement.
Apart from office facilities, Dextrus plans to organise networking events, learning sessions, cultural activities and brand collaborations at the centre to encourage interaction among businesses.
The launch strengthens Dextrus’ managed workspace portfolio as demand for flexible and experience-focused office spaces continues to grow in India’s commercial real estate market.
