Consistent Infosystems hosts 150-plus channel partners on Bali trip, announces Spain-Italy incentive

Consistent Infosystems hosted more than 150 channel partners from across India as part of its Surveillance Bali Trip, an engagement initiative for partners in its surveillance business.

The company also announced a new annual incentive scheme under which eligible surveillance partners can earn a trip to Spain and Italy by achieving specified annual business targets.

The Bali trip was led by Yogesh Agrawal, CMD and Co-Founder, and Chandan Kumar, VP – Sales, along with members of the company’s team. The programme included partner interactions, Reward and Recognition activities and team-building initiatives.

According to the company, the event provided an opportunity for its leadership and channel teams to interact with partners, discuss business priorities and strengthen engagement across its distribution network.

Under the newly announced annual incentive programme, surveillance partners who meet the specified business targets will be eligible for the Spain and Italy trip. The company said the scheme is intended to recognise partner performance and encourage business growth in its surveillance segment.

“Our channel partners have always been an integral part of Consistent’s growth journey. This trip was an opportunity to spend meaningful time with our partners, recognise their contribution and strengthen the relationships that go beyond business,” said Yogesh Agrawal, CMD and Co-Founder, Consistent Infosystems.

The company said it plans to continue its partner engagement and incentive programmes across its surveillance and technology businesses.
