Comic Con India will make its debut in Navi Mumbai with a two-day event scheduled for November 28 and 29 at the CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre.
The event will bring together comics, anime, gaming, cosplay and other elements of pop culture for fans across Navi Mumbai and the wider Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
The Navi Mumbai edition is part of Comic Con India’s 2026-27 season, which is being expanded to newer cities and audiences. Visakhapatnam was earlier announced as the first city to host the new season.
Shefali Johnson, CEO, Comic Con India, said the organisation has seen fans and cosplayers from Navi Mumbai travelling to Mumbai to attend Comic Con events. She said the new edition would provide a dedicated platform for the local fan and cosplay community.
Akshat Rathee, Co-founder and Managing Director, NODWIN Gaming, said Navi Mumbai has developed new communities around pop culture and cosplay, with local initiatives and events contributing to the growth of the fandom.
The debut edition is expected to feature live performances, gaming zones, creator interactions, cosplay showcases, merchandise and other fan-focused activities.
