Celonis Invests in Bloomfilter to Supercharge Software Development with AI and Process Intelligence

Celonis, a global leader in Process Mining, has announced a strategic investment in Bloomfilter, a fast-growing software development intelligence provider. This move strengthens the ongoing partnership between the two companies, which last year launched the Celonis for Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management application.

The investment signals Celonis’ commitment to advancing innovation in software delivery through the fusion of Process Intelligence and AI. Traditional software development tools often fall short by offering static insights, but Celonis’ SDLC app uses real-time data and AI to uncover inefficiencies, identify risks, and guide teams toward better outcomes.

“With this investment, we reaffirm our belief that enterprise AI depends on deep Process Intelligence,” said Carsten Thoma, President and Board Director at Celonis. “Bloomfilter’s innovative approach to SDLC aligns with our mission to empower platform innovation across the ecosystem.”

Bloomfilter’s co-CEO Erik Severinghaus added, “Process Intelligence is the missing link in taming the complexity of modern software development. This partnership is about enabling AI and human teams to build better software—faster and smarter.”

Early adopters are already seeing results. A network security firm using the Celonis-Bloomfilter solution improved SDLC predictability, reduced wait times by up to 40%, and doubled delivery speed in just 30 days.

Allan Jaenicke of Waters Corporation noted, “This deepening alliance validates our choice of Celonis and sets the stage for major improvements in our time-to-market and product quality.”
