Beyond Key has appointed Milin Dholakia as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), the company said on Thursday.
The company stated that Dholakia brings over two decades of experience in managing technology programmes, global delivery operations and business performance across international markets, including North America.
Founder and CEO Piyush Goel said the appointment aims to strengthen operational capabilities as clients increasingly seek scalable and outcome-driven delivery models.
Dholakia said he plans to focus on scaling operations and enhancing delivery frameworks to support clients navigating technological change.
According to the company, the move is expected to strengthen its focus on global delivery consistency, AI-enabled operating models and faster implementation of technology investments.
Founded in 2005, Beyond Key provides services across artificial intelligence, data analytics, enterprise applications, cloud solutions, cybersecurity and managed IT services, with teams operating across India, North America and Australia.
