Air India Announces 2025 Network Updates and Upgraded Products

Air India has unveiled key updates to its international network for 2025, enhancing connectivity and upgrading cabin experiences on several key routes. The updates feature optimized schedules and the deployment of premium aircraft to popular destinations in Southeast Asia and Europe.

Highlights of the Network Updates

Retrofitted A320neo on Delhi-Bangkok Route

  • From 16 January 2025, all Delhi-Bangkok flights will operate on Air India’s retrofitted A320neo.
  • Features refreshed interiors across Economy, Premium Economy, and Business Class.
  • Equipped with Vista Stream, Air India’s wireless inflight entertainment system offering over 1,600 hours of content.
  • A fourth daily service between Delhi and Bangkok starts 01 January 2025, ensuring evenly spaced departures throughout the day and seamless one-stop connectivity from Bangkok to North America and Europe via Delhi.

Upgraded Aircraft on Frankfurt and Singapore Routes

  • Frankfurt:
    • Delhi-Frankfurt and Mumbai-Frankfurt flights will operate on B787-9 aircraft, offering modern cabin interiors and flat beds in Business Class.
  • Singapore:
    • Daily Delhi-Singapore flights on B787-9 and twice-daily services on A321neo.
    • Twice-daily Mumbai-Singapore flights on A321neo.
  • The A321neo features fully flat beds in Business Class, Premium Economy seating, HD inflight entertainment, and onboard WiFi connectivity.

Optimized Schedules for Europe and Australia Routes

  • Effective 01 February 2025:
    • Delhi-Frankfurt and Delhi-Paris routes now offer both daytime and nighttime departures in both directions.
    • Delhi-Sydney and Delhi-Melbourne flights retimed for seamless two-way connectivity between Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
