Aaera Consultants conducted a career guidance session for more than 70 students at a school in Agra, focusing on helping them understand new-age career paths, international education options, and the evolving global academic landscape.
During the session, the team provided practical and customised support to students, covering stream selection, global study opportunities, scholarship awareness, university admission processes, and the importance of early skill development. Students were also guided on course shortlisting, entrance exam preparation, and building long-term academic plans through simple formats, real examples, and interactive discussions.

Ms. Ritika Gupta, CEO and Counsellor at Aaera Consultants, said the aim was to help students gain clarity and confidence. “Today’s students need structured support, not pressure. We focus on honest, research-based guidance to ensure they feel empowered to make purposeful decisions about their future,” she said.
The session proved especially useful for students who were unsure about emerging career options or lacked exposure to global opportunities. According to the organisers, even less-engaged students responded positively when given clear direction, relevant information, and encouragement.
The initiative reflects the growing need for early and informed career planning as students navigate a rapidly changing education environment.
