Nimbus Projects Ltd, listed on the NSE and BSE, has appointed chartered accountant Neha Atal Poddar as an independent director, the company said on Thursday.
The appointment was approved by shareholders at the company’s 33rd Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026.
Poddar is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a postgraduate in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. She has more than 15 years of post-qualification experience in statutory and tax compliance, corporate advisory, litigation, financial management, audits and capital markets.
She is the proprietor of New Delhi-based chartered accountancy firm S S Khudania & Co, where she specialises in audits, taxation, regulatory compliance and corporate advisory.
Poddar previously served as General Manager – Finance and Accounts at EFC Logistics India Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. She also has experience in equity research, investment analysis and tax and financial planning.

The appointment is part of the company’s efforts to bring diverse experience and perspectives to its Board.
