Amrut Energy Private Limited has announced its merger into Mascot Dynamics Private Limited, creating a diversified engineering and manufacturing company with operations across industrial pumps and valves, solar water pumps, gas compressors and process skids, and cleantech wastewater treatment solutions.
Following the merger, the business will operate as “Amrut Energy, a Division of Mascot Dynamics,” with the companies aiming to strengthen manufacturing capabilities, expand market reach and deepen institutional partnerships in India’s energy and infrastructure sectors.
The integration establishes the Water and Solar Pumping Division within Mascot Dynamics, combining the companies’ engineering, manufacturing and distribution capabilities. The merged entity said the transaction would not disrupt existing customers, suppliers, projects or channel partner relationships.
As part of the merger, Amrut Energy Founder Arvind Patel will join the Board of Directors of Mascot Dynamics and serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Water and Solar Pumping Division. Shareholders of Amrut Energy will receive equity in Mascot Dynamics.
According to the companies, the division operates an integrated manufacturing ecosystem for solar panels, submersible and surface pumpsets, and MPPT pump controllers. The business has shipped over 65,000 solar water pumps and more than 150 MW of solar panels, while also installing over 11,000 tank structures.
The company has a network of around 3,000 partners and holds approvals for government-backed programmes across 15 states, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
“Becoming part of the Mascot Dynamics group gives us the institutional backing and cross-divisional resources to grow faster and more sustainably,” said Arvind Patel, Founder of Amrut Energy and CEO of the Water and Solar Pumping Division at Mascot Dynamics.
The division has also deployed systems across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kenya, Mozambique, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Australia, with the companies stating that cumulative carbon emission savings from installations stand at nearly 696,600 metric tonnes.
Arvind Kamath, Founder of Mascot Dynamics, said the merger completes the group’s four-division structure and strengthens its position in engineering-driven industrial and clean energy markets.
The companies said the combined entity is positioned to address growing demand for industrial, energy and environmental infrastructure solutions in India and overseas.
