Galgotias University Recalibrates Communication Framework, Launches Training Initiative

Galgotias University has introduced a revised communication framework aimed at streamlining internal and external communication across its academic and administrative ecosystem.

The university said the framework establishes defined processes and shared guidelines to promote coordinated, consistent and responsible communication among faculty, students and administrative teams. It outlines practices at both departmental and central levels to improve clarity in information flow and alignment across units.

According to the university, the move comes as institutions increasingly engage with academic partners, industry stakeholders and public audiences, requiring structured and reliable communication systems.

Vice Chancellor K. Mallikharjuna Babu said the initiative is intended to strengthen communication workflows and ensure accuracy and ethical standards in information dissemination.

Alongside the framework, the university has launched a series of structured training sessions for students, faculty and staff. These sessions cover areas such as media engagement protocols, public speaking, presentation skills, interpersonal communication and participation in external events.

The university has also opened a position for a dedicated public relations head and expects to complete the hiring process within two weeks.

Industry practitioners and media professionals are participating in the sessions, providing insights aligned with current academic and professional environments, the university added.

Galgotias University said the initiative is part of its broader effort to enhance institutional coordination and stakeholder engagement through a more structured communication ecosystem.
