Riitara Wellness Launches First Centre in Gurugram Focused on Women and Child Care

Riitara Wellness has launched its first centre in Gurugram, offering integrated healthcare and wellness services for women and young children. The facility, located in DLF City 1 near Golf Course Road, aims to support women across life stages—from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum recovery and menopause—while also providing developmental care for infants and toddlers.

The centre brings together medical expertise and therapeutic wellness practices under one roof. Its services include pelvic health and core recovery therapies, postpartum care, lactation support, yoga therapy, breathwork, guided relaxation sessions, and sound healing.

A key focus area is water-based therapy. Riitara offers hydrotherapy sessions designed to support mobility, circulation, and recovery using physiotherapy-led techniques. It also provides pelvic health therapies, including pelvic chair sessions, addressing a growing need in women’s healthcare.

For children, the centre introduces baby hydrotherapy and developmental consultations. These include guidance on feeding, sleep, behaviour, and early milestones, along with access to medical consultations for common health concerns such as infections and vaccinations.

Founder Dr Anjali Vyas said the initiative is aimed at providing structured and holistic care for mothers and children. “Motherhood is a transformative journey that requires support for both physical and emotional wellbeing,” she said.

Co-founder Dr Sameer Narad added that the centre has been designed as a calming, non-clinical space to promote recovery and relaxation, combining evidence-based care with restorative therapies.

Riitara Wellness said the Gurugram facility is its first step, with plans to expand to other cities and introduce wellness products and curated experiences in the future.
