Ashiana Housing Ltd. on Monday announced the launch of Phase 4 of its residential project Ashiana Malhar, introducing a limited inventory of 110 homes in what the company described as a premium tower within the township.
According to the company, the newly launched phase will include both 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments with prices starting at ₹83.26 lakh and ₹1.246 crore respectively.
The tower is planned across 14 floors with eight units per core and is designed to offer mountain-facing views along with East- and West-facing Vastu-oriented layouts. The residences are expected to overlook around 3.12 acres of open green space within the township.
The company said the apartments will feature upgraded specifications, including enhanced tiles and modern kitchen and bathroom fittings, aimed at improving the overall residential offering within the project.
“Phase 4 at Ashiana Malhar reflects our continued focus on creating thoughtfully designed premium homes within well-planned communities,” said Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director of Ashiana Housing Ltd., adding that the earlier phases of the project had received strong market response.
Col. Sunil Vidyadhar Damle, Vice President at the company, said the tower has been positioned as one of the preferred locations within the township due to its views and upgraded specifications.
Ashiana Malhar is being developed as a joint venture project, with revenues to be shared with the development partner under agreed terms. The company said the overall project cost is estimated at ₹750–800 crore and is being funded through internal accruals.
Construction across the township is progressing in phases, with Phase 1 already delivered. Phase 2 is scheduled for completion in November 2026, Phase 3 in June 2027, and Phase 4 targeted for delivery by September 2029, the company added.
The project has recorded steady sales momentum so far, the company said, adding that the recently launched clubhouse at the township has also contributed to buyer interest.
