Assiduus Global Inc., an AI-powered middleware infrastructure platform for global digital commerce, has raised $25 million in a Pre-Series B funding round led by Bajaj Finserv, the company said in a statement.
Other participants in the round include Uncorrelated Ventures, Aaruha Technology Fund, and Vikash Agarwal of the Rupa Family Office, along with other institutional and family-office investors.
The Bengaluru-based firm said it has recorded fourfold growth in revenue since its previous funding round, while tripling its valuation and remaining profit-after-tax positive for seven consecutive years. The company added that it has scaled to become the third-largest technology-led e-commerce distribution and supply chain platform globally.
Founded by entrepreneur Somdutta Singh, the platform currently supports more than 150 enterprise brands across over 20 countries and integrates with more than 18 global marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms. Its services include cross-border distribution, fulfilment, regulatory compliance, and real-time performance analytics for enterprise clients.
According to the company, its asset-light operating model combines software intelligence, data orchestration, and physical fulfilment capabilities to support global commerce operations. The firm has also invested in robotics-driven warehousing and automated fulfilment systems integrated with its artificial intelligence, order management, and warehouse management platforms to improve throughput and operational efficiency.
Singh said the company’s growth reflects disciplined execution and a long-term infrastructure-focused business model.
“The company has successfully delivered solutions for over 150 enterprise brands enabling integration with multiple global marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms,” said Mangesh Anaokar, Fund Manager – Venture Investments at Bajaj Alts.
The company said the newly raised capital will be used to expand its artificial intelligence and data capabilities, including predictive demand analytics and pricing intelligence, and to accelerate its expansion across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions, with Oman planned as a strategic hub.
Assiduus Global Inc. is headquartered in Atlanta and operates offices in India, the UAE, the UK, and Denmark, providing global commerce infrastructure services to brands, marketplaces, and government partners.
